1. 🐾 NO RETURNS POLICY

Because kittens are living animals, we do not accept returns once a kitten has been delivered or picked up.

We encourage all buyers to be fully prepared and committed before completing a purchase.

2. 💳 DEPOSITS

• All deposits are non-refundable
• A deposit is required to reserve a kitten
• Once a deposit is made, the kitten is marked as Reserved

Deposits secure your kitten and cover initial care and holding costs.

3. ❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• If you cancel after placing a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded
• If full payment has been made and cancellation occurs before delivery, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion

4. 🩺 HEALTH-RELATED REFUNDS

Your kitten’s health is our priority.

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

• A licensed veterinarian confirms a serious health issue within 48–72 hours of delivery
• The issue is proven to have existed prior to transfer

In such cases, we may offer:

• A replacement kitten (when available), or
• A partial or full refund (case-dependent)

Proof from a licensed veterinarian is required.

5. 🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY ISSUES

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
